Okey for today post, ill be writing in malay...

Ehemm ehemm.. it's hard for me..oh lupa im writing in malay.. susah bagi aku menjadi seorang "ectomorph".. satu masalah genetik yang aku tak boleh nak buat apa2.. selalu menjadi impian aku untuk mempunyai bentuk badan yang lebih besar atau "tough" la.. tapi susah.. Ramai orang cakap aku tak suka makan la, ape la.. tapi diorang tak tau apa itu ectomorph.. kalau korang pon tak tau gi baca sendiri kt wikipedia.. Soo after a lot of reading and studying and stuff.. I learned that kalau kita ni ectomorph and jenis metabolisma laju gila bakar calorie makanan anda..

Anda kene makan setiap 2-3 jam dan amik PROTEIN SHAKE... so aku pon semangat la gi cari protein shake dekat subang parade.. So when i got there, i got this thing called SUPER MASS GAINER (dibaca dalam nada suara yang dalam dan garau).. Why i bought this thing?

- Calories in each serving= 1500 kcal (macam makan nasi ayam 10 pinggan)
-protein in each serving= 52 gram (macam makan sebatang kaki lembu i guess)

So today, the fifth day of drinking this SUPER MASS GAINER!! (again, dibaca dalam nada yang dalam dan garau).. Fifth day minum aku timbang berat aku masih 46kg (ringan?) BUT..

my arm got bigger by 2cm and my "kekuatan" got increased like THUNDAAARH... seriously, before this i could do 5kg dumbell like 50time but now i could even do 10kg dumbell.. but 10 kg i could do like 25time only... So i was kinda exited about myself...Bila balik kampung, aku ada sorang abang saudara ni.. Well he's a gym junkie.. so i challenge him to a dumbell fight.. who can lift more..wins..
I start first.. it's easy for me at first.. i could even dance to the song "duck sauce-barbra streisand" while lifting...
So i lift and i lift... masa sampai 15 my arm are getting wiggly and "geli geli" feeling.. i cant lose so i do a little more..now my arm are already getting weird and that 8kg dumbell becomes heavier..so i stop at 23.. and then my abang saudara turn comes.. dia bantai sampai 35.. sampai 35 his arm are already sore and he said to me "kau menganjing sangat joget2 semua, amekkau ahaha" .... so i think its already a progress for me.. who knows in form 5 i'll already be ripped?
So now as im laying on my bed.. i think "betul ke ape yang aku buat ni, boleh ke badan aku jadi besar? ectomorph yang berjaya dalam dunia ni 10-13 orang je kot, boleh ke aku jadi cam diorang?adakah aku membuang masa? god knows..what i know is, i'll continue to train hard and achieve my goal.. pray me luck..

Satu ayat yang paling aku benci adalah bila orang cakap - Badan keding buat apa pegi gym?

see? this kind of human does not deserve a place on earth.. pergi gym la besarkan badan, abis dok umah tengok tv je badan boleh besar? kalau endomorph boleh ah buat camtu.. ectomorph lain..


so by reading my blog today anda telah berjaya belajar tentang ectomorph.. gene yang paling sukar untuk hidup dengannya..

alah....lama2 badan kau jdi tough jugaknya kalau kau dh usaha lebih....semoga berjaya mendapatkan bdn tough kau tu ya ^^
